IL VICHIACCIO — Florence, Italy
1.1 The contract is between the client, named on the booking form, and Il Vichiaccio. The property must be used for private purposes only and may not be sublet. Prior approval from Il Vichiaccio must be obtained for use of the property for conferences, parties, wedding receptions or similar. Any changes to the number or names of occupants must be notified to Il Vichiaccio by letter, fax or email.
1.2 The client who made the booking has the authority to accept these conditions on behalf of the entire party listed on the booking form (including those substituted or added later) and is responsible for ensuring that every member of the party is informed of and complies with these terms and conditions.
1.3 Il Vichiaccio is not responsible for minor changes to the facilities described.
1.4 Pets are accepted.
1.5 This contract is governed by Italian law.
The booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit of the total amount has been paid. Unless otherwise agreed with Il Vichiaccio, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or less before the estimated arrival date. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival. Unless otherwise agreed, all payments must be made in euros.
Notice to cancel any booking must be given by letter, email or fax to Il Vichiaccio. The cancellation date is the date on which Il Vichiaccio receives the notification.
The client is liable for the cost of replacement or repair resulting from any damage or breakage caused by them. In certain circumstances a damage deposit may be required. The property must be left in the same state of repair and cleanliness in which it was found.
All members of the party must behave appropriately, with regard for the property and the impact of noise on neighbours. Il Vichiaccio reserves the right to terminate the booking with immediate effect and without compensation if the behaviour of any individual within the party is inappropriate, offensive or poses a danger to others.
The property must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.
The property's amenities are used entirely at the guest's own risk. Il Vichiaccio is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any valuables belonging to occupants, nor for death or injury to any person occupying or using the property or garden. Occupants are advised to take care when walking with wet feet on stone, tile or marble surfaces, which may be slippery.
Il Vichiaccio or its agents have the right of entry to the property to carry out repairs or garden maintenance if necessary.
A booking is considered final upon receipt of the confirmation deposit.
